Position Objective
The Project Manager should be an accomplished, results oriented professional, focused on directing a team of highly skilled individuals. This person will provide guidance, direction, and clear communication in order to achieve full implementation of the Odyssey products for our Courts and Criminal Justice clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience specific to Court/Criminal Justice environment. It will be their responsibility to work with their colleagues to coordinate all Tyler resources in support of the client.
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing software implementation projects
- Managing client relationships
- Consulting with clients on business processes and software modifications
- Leading gap analysis sessions
- Tracking and managing to major milestones
- Building and managing task plans
- Coordinating all Tyler resources in support of the client
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (JOB RELATED SKILLS, ABILITIES, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE)- PMP certification a plus
- 3+ Years experience in managing client relationships/software projects – preferably in Courts/Criminal justice environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic planner with excellent organizational skills and ability to follow-through until process completed
- Software life cycle knowledge
- Proficiency using computers and exposure to relational databases or SQL desired
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 50% - 70% Travel required
