Mr. Cate became President of Tyler’s Local Government Division in August 2006. He joined Tyler in 1999, initially serving as a Product Specialist before advancing to Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer. He has more than 20 years of experience in the computer industry. Mr. Cate graduated from Lubbock Christian University and is a certified public accountant.
