Mr. Graham joined Tyler in 2008 as President of the Courts & Justice Division. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Consulting and Global & Enterprise Accounts for BEA Systems, now part of Oracle, leading their Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) practice. Mr. Graham was also a founding partner at The Feld Group, an IT strategy and technology management firm that served Fortune 200 companies. An alumnus of Texas Tech University, Mr. Graham has served as CIO of several multi-billion dollar enterprises, in addition to serving as COO and CEO of a publicly held application service provider.
