		John S. Marr, Jr. President and Chief Executive Officer, Director Mr. Marr, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tyler since August 2004, has worked in the local government software industry since 1983. From July 2003 through July 2004, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Marr joined Tyler through its 1999 acquisition of MUNIS, and was elected to Tyler's Board of Directors in May 2002. Mr. Marr began his career with MUNIS in 1983 and was President of MUNIS from 1994 through July 2004. As President of MUNIS, Mr. Marr developed and executed a strategy that transformed MUNIS from a 35-person local provider of municipal information systems to a 250-employee leader in its market. Mr. Marr is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
		Dustin R. Womble Executive Vice President Mr. Womble has been Executive Vice President in charge of corporate-wide product strategy since July 2003. In 1981 he founded INCODE, which Tyler acquired in 1998. Mr. Womble earned a bachelors degree in management information systems from Texas Tech University.
		Brian K. Miller Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer Mr. Miller was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2005. He previously served as Vice President - Finance and Treasurer of the Company since May 1999 and was Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company from December 1997 to April 1999. From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Miller held various senior financial management positions at Metro Airlines, Inc. ("Metro"), a regional airline holding company operating as American Eagle Airlines. Mr. Miller was Chief Financial Officer of Metro from May 1991 to December 1997 and also held the office of President of Metro from January 1993 to December 1997. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a certified public accountant.
		H. Lynn Moore, Jr. Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Moore has been General Counsel of Tyler since September 1998 and has been Vice President and Secretary of the Company since October 2000. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Moore was associated with the law firm of Hughes & Luce, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas, where he represented numerous publicly-held and privately-owned entities in various corporate and securities, finance, litigation and other matters. Mr. Moore earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his law degree from the University of Texas. Mr. Moore is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
