* The Daily Conference Rate only provides for breakfast, lunch and training on the day you attend. Evening Events are NOT INCLUDED in the daily registration.
Payment Information
We accept check, PO, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payments. If registering with a Purchase Order, please fax or mail a copy and we will generate an invoice which is payable upon receipt. Pre–payment or purchase order is required prior to Conference attendance. All payment information is gathered at the end of the online registration process. Indication of payment method and expected date of payment receipt is required.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Should you need to cancel for any reason:
- Cancellations received prior to July 31, 2009 will not incur a processing fee.
- Cancellations received in writing after July 31, but on or before September 17, 2009 will be charged a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellations received after September 17, 2009, or Conference no–shows, will be charged the full Conference rate.
- Single day registration cancellations follow above policy with a $100 processing fee based on same applicable dates.
- Because many of the sessions sell out before the Conference and we must turn clients away, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 17, 2009
