Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits
Connect offers an easy and reliable way for you to keep track of your own class attendance and CPE credits.
At the conclusion of every CPE-eligible class, you will receive a CPE ‘Class Card’ pre-printed with a unique, one-time use passcode. Following each class or at any time during the day, attendees may log in to MyExpoCredits using any computer connected to the Internet—including those at the Tyler Booth and the Gaylord iConnect® in-room computer systems—and update their class attendance record in real time by entering the unique class passcodes. Once a passcode is entered, the applicable class name is displayed along with its eligible credit hours. Attendees can update their class attendance record and print certificates and/or receipts documenting class history up to 30 days after the close of Connect 2011. Please note: Tyler will not generate certificates for you.

Tyler Technologies is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417. Website: www.nasba.org.

IAAO Credit for iasWorld and Orion
You can receive IAAO Recertification Credit for attending iasWorld and Orion classes and workshops. Stop by Connect information desk pick up an IAAO Recertification Packet for detailed instructions.

How to Read the Session Codes

Class names may seem confusing at first, but have actually been created to make it easy for you to determine the class type, and scheduled time.
Each Conference class name is prefaced with a code that connects a class to its solution, track, and session time. Here's an example:

[MU-FN-2-A]

Tyler Product: MU-Munis
Track: FN-Financials
Session #: 2- during session 2
Class letter: A-unique class code identifier

The first set of letters indicate the Tyler solution:

  • EA-Eagle
  • ED-Eden
  • IA-iasWorld
  • IN-Incode
  • MU-Munis
  • OR-Orion
  • PS-Public Safety
  • TY-Tyler
(TY classes available to all registrants)

The second set of letters refers to the product track:

  • AA-Assessment Administration
  • CA-CAMA
  • CS-Citizen Services
  • CT-Courts
  • DM-Demo
  • FN-Financials
  • GN-General
  • GS-General Session
  • HR-Human Resources
  • IT-Technology
  • LB-Labs
  • NO-No Selection
  • OT-Other
  • PS-Public Safety
  • PR-Payroll
  • RC- Records
  • TX-Tax
  • UB-Utility Billing

The third and fourth characters indicate what session number the class is in, and what instance of the solution/track combination is within that session.
