After performing a gap analysis comparing required functionality with features existing in iasWorld, Tyler and DOR implemented the Integrated Property Assessment System (IPAS) to integrate the work processes across the Department.

IPAS has significantly improved screen design and usability in the reengineered processes. Prior to IPAS, staff often needed to work in three different systems and open and close multiple screens. With IPAS, data can now be viewed side-by-side with corrected or updated data in a single application.
