When Kim Cantrell joined Alliance Water Resources 11 years ago, the office manager brought with her a laudable philosophy: Nothing is more important than customer service. When her customers told her that they wanted more flexibility in paying their bills, she listened. In 2005, Alliance Water Resources began accepting credit card payments at service windows and online with their Tyler Technologies’ Incode Utility Customer Information System (CIS). Incode Utility CIS has helped Alliance to be more proactive in their collections efforts. Previously they sent bad debt to a collections agency twice a year. Incode give them the ability to submit run reports and submit bad debts to collections on a monthly basis meaning Alliance receives revenue faster.
