For Oakland County Michigan, with a population of more than 1.2 million, the objective was simple — make the court filing process faster, smarter, better. But turning a traditional high touch paper-filled process into a completely web-based paperless process can be an intimidating prospect. So the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Oakland County started with a small step: a humble pilot program in a single courtroom. The results completely surpassed expectations and made a sizeable impact.
