Our method is based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a globally recognized organization dedicated to promoting the project management profession.

Each stage includes critical review points where we assess progress:

• Data extraction. In this phase, you’ll provide a copy of your existing data from the current software.
• Data evaluation. Tyler then analyzes the data to verify data integrity and to ensure the information can be smoothly uploaded into the new Tyler solution.
• Conversion scheduling. During this planning phase, we will work together to develop a conversion schedule that minimizes disruption to daily workflow. After we complete our data evaluation, we will also be able to advise you how best to implement and customize the new solution for maximum processing efficiency.
• Onsite conversion. Depending on the actual implementation service you choose, Tyler will either assist you with application setup, or perform the setup entirely for you. The final conversion includes final data extraction and verification of that the imported data has retained full integrity.
