Planning and Evaluation
To better identify your specific objectives and needs, we will perform a gap analysis, define data conversion parameters and technical infrastructure requirements and develop work schedules, resources and project plans.

System Setup
Data conversion and system setup are prepared to conform to defined business and security rules. We test and validate the operational process, as well as provide off-site assistance to help your employees with data mapping and extraction.

Testing and Training
In this phase, your setup and parameter decisions and conversion are validated. Then, our expert Eden team will provide essential training to core and end users. We can also provide additional conversion if needed.

Go-Live and Support
Once final data conversion and validation is conducted, Go-Live is implemented. We will also evaluate system effectiveness and your acceptance of the system to ensure you are ready to start using your new Eden software.
