User Centered Design

Tyler’s User Experience Team plays an integral part in the development of Eden software. Our user-centered design process consists of research, design and testing. We involve our users in this process to gain insight and to make informed design decisions that will ensure your total satisfaction. An important part of this process involves developing archetypical representations of real end-users called, Personas. These are based not only upon job roles but also behavioral patterns that help us predict how users in a variety of environments will use our software. This rich information, along with other design tools, gives us a more holistic understanding, and in turn, gives you more functional product.
