Bundled technical support packages are available for Tyler's Infinite Visions clients that are designed to assist your IT staff with issues related to the proper operation of the Infinite Visions software in your district's environment.

  • Gold Level Technical Support
    Technical support is provided to address network or operating systems issues; Microsoft SQL server topics; and hardware or printer issues in your Infinite Visions environment. Our staff performs all Infinite Visions software updates and each district receives two days of on-site technical consulting each year.
  • Business Continuity Assurance Program (BCAP)
    Should your district experience a disruption of daily processing, our support staff will restore the Infinite Visions data to any machine designate. Data is backed up nightly, stored securely offsite, and available for immediate recovery.

Hosting Services
A low maintenance and cost-effective option for some districts, Tyler Technologies offers hosting services including data back-up processes of the Infinite Visions software from our secure, state-of-the-art data center. With these hosting options, we can provide and maintain server hardware and software. Or, the district can maintain ownership and control of their server hardware and software at our data center.
