Extensive Training Options

  • Onsite — Through a combination of lecture and hands-on practice, training sessions delivered at your location are designed for maximum impact in the minimum amount of time.
  • Online — Enjoy comprehensive training solutions from the convenience of your office with our interactive training, which includes Webinars, video tutorials and user forums for self-study using Tyler’s Online Learning Center and Knowledgebase articles.
  • Seminars — Tyler hosts on-site group training sessions at varying locations based on client needs. Students benefit from practice without the risk of interruption, and they can interact with other product users to benefit from each other’s experiences, questions and best practices.
  • User Conferences — Tyler also sponsors various Regional and National User Conferences throughout the year where Tyler staff and clients learn, discuss and share ideas on our solutions.
  • End-User Training — Tyler tailors training to match job requirements with targeted users. This includes adapting training to the curriculum around the position categories, such as judicial officer, file clerk, cashier, etc. All training is process-oriented to ensure your staff can apply their learning into on-the-job practice.
  • System Administrator Training — Our technical training begins from day one to help your team understand the infrastructure needed to support the installation of Odyssey. We’ll work with your our IT staff to determine how the pieces fit together, in order to create a hardware plan. From this foundation, Tyler will offer training to ensure your staff can handle every system task to keep Odyssey performing at peak.
  • Train-the-Trainer Training — It often makes more sense for clients to have their own in-house Odyssey experts. Tyler helps “train the trainers,” as well as cultivates “power users” at your location. Gradually, your staff assumes more of the product expert role as Tyler’s diminishes over time.
