We also understand that when it comes to protecting and serving the public, every resource counts. That’s why we follow a methodical process to help keep your implementation running on time — and on budget. Our process is based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a globally recognized organization dedicated to promoting the project management profession.

Each stage includes critical review points where we assess progress.

• Data extraction — In this phase, you will provide a copy of your existing data from the current software.
• Data evaluation — Tyler then analyzes the data to verify data integrity and ensure the information can be smoothly uploaded into the new Tyler solution.
• Conversion scheduling — During this planning phase, we will work together to develop a conversion schedule that minimizes disruption to daily workflow. After we complete your data evaluation, we will also be able to advise you how best to implement and customize the new solution for maximum processing efficiency.
• On-site conversion — Depending on the actual implementation service desired, Tyler will either assist you with application setup, or perform the setup entirely for you. The final conversion includes final data extraction and verification that the imported data has retained full integrity.
