Beyond delivering powerful transportation solutions, all of Tyler’s Versatrans applications come with a support and maintenance agreement for a specific period of time. Technical Support is available to answer your questions, resolve any issues and ensure your Versatrans applications are running at peak performance.

Quite simply, we understand that your success depends on your ability to maximize your Versatrans solution. That’s why our goal is to provide timely resolution of support issues to ensure your satisfaction. An annual fee will be invoiced to continue with the following services:

  • Multiple program updates per year—All new versions of the software will be available to you from our knowledgebase Web site, free of charge.
  • Unlimited toll-free technical support—Our experienced, knowledgeable technical support specialists will work with you to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. For us, it isn’t enough to resolve issues, we want to do it in a proven, standardized manner that ensures positive client experiences. Support hours are 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m ET.   • Access to our client services knowledgebase—This on-line support resource is available 24/7, 365 days a year. To access it, go to our support website. Call technical support at 800.775.5556 to obtain your login name and password.
  • Technical support via GoToAssist—Some issues may require further analysis of your database. Or you may require additional help in setup to diagnose a problem or assist you with a question. Go-To Assist shares your desktop to provide virtual onsite support. Our technical support team can view your site’s setup, diagnose problems and assist with screen navigation over a fully secure, encrypted Internet connection.
  • FTP file transfer—You will have the ability to upload files to the client-only FTP site for sending and retrieving data, when the data files are too large to email.
