Or, if you’re worried about distractions or interruptions interfering with your team’s training, you can come to our site for a more focused training experience. Onsite Discovery Training is perfect for users who want to delve more deeply into functionality, solve tricky problems unique to their operation or learn about Versatrans Routing products in their entirety.

Online Discovery Training
Avoid travel expenses by learning Versatrans online—in the convenience of your office. Using the Internet, one of our Tyler implementation consultants will interact with you, and your data, specifically concentrating on the areas you choose. Not only will this eliminate travel expenses but it can also be scheduled at your convenience without leaving your office. Online Discovery Training allows you to learn in desired time increments so that you have time to master skills between sessions.

Online Skill Building Seminars
These lecture-style training seminars provide instruction on specific features in Versatrans Routing & Planning, as well as Versatrans Fleetvision, Versatrans Triptracker, Versatrans Onscreen and Versatrans e-Link. A Skill Building Seminar is the perfect choice for an existing user who would like to brush up on specific feature sets. Versatrans Assist
At Tyler, we understand there are times when you need a little extra help. With our Versatrans Assist service, you can utilize the knowledge and technical experience of one of our Versatrans specialists. Similar to hiring a specialized temp worker, your Versatrans Assist specialist sits next to you—helping you complete the tasks at hand. Assist is only available onsite and is only offered between August 15-February 28.
