The Odyssey User Conference will take place from Tuesday, March 27 through Thursday, March 29. The check-in and welcome reception will occur on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Check-In
The check-in process will take place at the Information Desk, located in the Fort Worth Ballroom prefunction area (floor 2). You can check in Tuesday night from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. or Wednesday morning from 7:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.

Client Appreciation Event — Wednesday, March 28 (6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.)
Join us for a fun-filled evening that includes dinner and entertainment at Billy Bob’s. This one-of-a-kind events facility opened April 1, 1981 with national attention featuring Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers as the first performers. Other artists who appeared during opening week included Waylon Jennings, Janie Fricke, and Willie Nelson. With 100,000 square feet of interior space, Billy Bob’s features 30 individual bar stations, live music with country music’s biggest stars, and a Texas-size dance floor. Billy Bob’s Texas has been featured on several TV and movie screens and has served as the location for several music videos for country’s biggest stars. You will have a boot scootin' good time! Transportation will be available to the event from the Omni, starting at 6:15 p.m. Buses will be returning to the hotel throughout the evening.

Meals & Entertainment
Breakfast, lunch, and break refreshments will be included on both conference days, as well as a welcome reception Tuesday evening and dinner on Wednesday night (as noted above). On Thursday, we will provide a grab and go lunch as classes end at 1:15 p.m.

Attire
Conference attire is business casual. Please be aware meeting room temperatures may vary significantly, so plan accordingly.
