We recommend that you review the agenda and class descriptions to make your course selections and use them as a guide when registering. We also have a special document for personas so you can see which classes will be valuable to your role.

We have organized the more than 50 classes into tracks to help you select which ones are most relevant and valuable to you. Here are a few important things to know about tracks.

  1. It is likely that you will be interested in classes in multiple tracks.
  2. There may not be a class offered in every track at every time, and in a few cases, there may be two classes available at the same time.
  3. There are two types of classes — labs and general lecture classes — and they are sprinkled across all the tracks.

Here's an overview of what types of classes are in each of these great tracks:

  • Administration — The Administration track is appropriate for those responsible for maintaining the configuration of Odyssey and making adjustments to how Odyssey is set up, as well as users of the SoftCode civil process solution.
  • Attorney Manager — The Attorney Manager track includes classes for prosecutors' and public defenders' offices, from criminal e-filing to what’s new in Attorney Manager.
  • Continuous Improvement — The Continuous Improvement track includes classes on Odyssey Navigator, implementing a paperless court, and more to help you constantly improve your processes.
  • Court Operations   — The Court Operations track contains classes related to the administration and process of running the courthouse, such as state reporting, financials, eCitations, OCR, etc.
  • Courtroom — The Courtroom track focuses on what happens in the courtroom and using Odyssey to transition to an electronic courtroom.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure — The Information Technology Infrastructure track is designed for IT staff and management to ensure Odyssey runs at an optimal level, including IMS administration, integration solutions, and more.
  • Jail — The Jail track focuses on today’s new capabilities and tomorrow’s vision for Odyssey Jail Manager and moving toward a paperless jail.
  • New Client — The New Client track is designed for new clients who have recently implemented Odyssey, or are preparing to do so.
  • Serving Citizens and Attorneys — This track includes classes about Odyssey Portal for public access, e-filing, H5 reviewer, Odyssey Guide & File, online dispute resolution, and re:Search for self-represented litigants.
