Your Background: I have 20 years of experience recruiting for a variety of industries and career paths. I began my career in the recruiting industry as a temporary staffing coordinator for the largest recruiting firm in Maine and later became the director of temporary staffing. Then, I was hired by a full-service human resources consulting firm to create a temporary staffing division for them. Keeping up with recruiting trends, the latest communication and sourcing methods, employment branding, and candidate experience methods has always been important to me. I hold certificates from the National Association of Personnel services as a Certified Temporary Consultant and Certified Placement Consultant.
