Your Background: I originally joined the New World Systems team around 2010 (before Tyler acquired New World) as an application specialist. Over the years, I expanded my knowledge and began specializing in other software programs. In 2014, I was asked to take over the implementation and training of the Decision Support software product, and now, I’ve worked my way into my current role as a supervisory team lead.

Best Thing About Working at Tyler: What I love the most about my job, by far, is the amazing opportunity I have each week to work with outstanding men and women in law enforcement, fire protection, and emergency medical services. I get to help these individuals find real and dramatic solutions for their data analyzing questions.

Advice for a New Employee: In my role, what helps me the most is to have time-management, critical-thinking, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Like most people, I have numerous projects happening at once, so being organized and managing my time wisely helps me to ensure everyone's needs are met.
