Your Background: I've been with the EnerGov support team since around 2013. I’ve built up the skills and knowledge necessary for my current role through years of learning. I've also been fortunate to have a manager who is invested in my development and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Best Thing About Working at Tyler: Hands down, my favorite thing about my job is my team. They are some of the funniest, smartest, hardest-working people I've met, and our team dynamic is great. It takes a special kind of person to be successful in Support, and they have the perfect blend of levity and stick-to-itiveness.

Advice for a New Employee: To be successful in my area, you need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a capacity for logical thinking and problem solving. Keeping a positive attitude and knowing there is always an opportunity to put something to rights is indispensable.
