Account Executive, Incode Public Safety & Court, Brazos

Incode Public Safety and Court are enterprise software tools, each one specifically designed to meet the operational needs of municipal courts, police departments, and jail systems within the United States. Brazos is an e-citation software designed to keep police officers and citizens safer while simplifying their administrative responsibilities. This role will match these solutions to target clients in the Southeastern states. The Account Executive develops and maintains strategic sales efforts within their prescribed sales territories (AL/MS/WV), representing Incode Court, Public Safety, and Brazos. These sales efforts must meet quarterly and annual goals set forth by the company.


Southeastern US. WV, AL and MS


  • Develop strategic sales plan for territory and product line being sold.
  • Travel to customer locations and cover applicable trade shows and events.
  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Establish credibility with customer and identify needs of prospect through discovery process
  • In concert with Solution Consultant, present software solutions to prospect and establish benefits/wins with prospect
  • Bring successful sales process to closure via a contract in a timely manner
  • Travel (approximately 75% annually) is a requirement of this position.


  • Living in assigned territory and the ability to travel at least 75%
  • Ethical and a customer/company advocate.
  • Experience with Public Sector software sales is highly preferred.
  • Superior negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to "set the right expectations" for prospective customers.
  • Proven ability to conduct "discovery/needs analysis" with prospective customers and develop a successful action plan of software and service solutions.
  • The self-confident individual will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • Must be a self-starter in addition to a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and standard Windows software structures.
  • Ability to actively solicit and manage RFP opportunities in concert with the Tyler RFP teams.
  • Proven success in utilizing Contact Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales processes, including price quotes, forecasts, correspondence, and marketing ventures.
  • Ability to bring the sales process to a successful close in a preferred amount of time
