It contains access to class documentation, instructor bios, attendee lists, maps, and more! This will allow you to view all necessary information prior to attending and make note of any questions you have.
The 2018 Tyler Connect Conference will be held April 22-25, 2018 (Sunday-Wednesday) at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. Classes will be held at the Hynes Convention Center, Sheraton Boston Hotel, and Marriott Copley Place.
This conference is for anyone who is a current Tyler Technologies' client. Conference attendance is an investment your organization makes to maximize the use of purchased products.
*Note Tyler SIS user classes are only applicable to users from the following states:
Full early registration: $925 (ends February 28, 2018)
Full standard registration: $1,200 (begins March 1, 2018)
Daily registration: $550
Credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check, or purchase order. Payment type can be selected during the registration process. If you select purchase order, we will invoice you.
All cancellations must be received via email at email@example.com.
Cancellations received before April 8 will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations received after April 8 will be refunded, less a $500 processing fee.
Substitutions for a registered attendee may be made by another employee from your organization by notifying Tyler events at firstname.lastname@example.org. A submission of a new registration is required.
Tyler will provide a full lunch both Monday and Tuesday (not Wednesday).
We will not be offering a conference breakfast this year, instead, we will be providing all attendees with a $45 pre-paid Connect Breakfast Card that can be used at area restaurants and coffee shops including several restaurants conveniently located near the conference center. Be sure to pick up your Breakfast Card at registration.
Light appetizers and cocktails will be served at Tuesday evening's event, The B-52's Bash.
No Meals will be provided on Sunday.

Once you register for the conference, book your hotel reservation online using the link provided at the end of the registration process. Only attendees with confirmed registrations can book rooms in our discounted group block. Please do not call the hotel. This is a group room block, the reservation desk will not be able to assist you. If you have questions about your reservation, please contact us at email@example.com.
Additional nights are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis at our negotiated group rates, which vary by property. Clients are responsible for the cost of all extra nights.
They are welcome to share a room with you at no additional cost. If your spouse or guest will be joining you at optional events, fees vary based on the event they are attending, and will be visible during the registration process. Guests are NOT eligible to participate in any conference sessions or meals.
Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is 6 miles from and an approximately 20-minute drive to the Hynes Convention Center.
Conference attire is business-casual. Meeting room temperatures may vary significantly, so dress accordingly. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket. Tuesday evening's event is casual.

When you arrive, please make your way to check-in and information kiosks located at Hynes Convention Center, lobby (plaza level). Here you can pick up your attendee badge and Tyler folio. Please note that this year we will not be distributing conference bags. If you would like to purchase a Tyler bag, visit the Tyler store located in the main lobby.

Yes, you can pre-order them online for $16.99 and pick them up at the Tyler Store. There will be limited quantities available at the Tyler Store during Connect.
Many of the classes offered at Connect qualify for continuing education and will be indicated in our class catalog.
Yes! This year at Connect, clients using the same products will have classes in the same area, eat meals together, and be together at product-specific networking events.
