What are PACE Community Training Sessions?

These sessions offer comprehensive demonstrations across various areas of EERP, providing a valuable opportunity for you to gain practical experience and earn CPE credits on relevant topics.

Who can attend?

The event is exclusively available to PACE Clients. An active PACE subscription is required.

How much does it cost to attend?

To participate in the PACE Community event, your organization will need to use 1 PACE day from your current cycle. There are no additional fees associated with attending.

How many of our team can attend?

There are no limits on the number of attendees, allowing your team members to attend any or all tracks and topics of interest.

How do I register?

You’ll receive an email from your PACE Account Manager containing the event details. We encourage you to review the information and share it with anyone in your organization who may be interested in attending

Each session requires a separate registration. All participants must individually register for the Welcome Session and for any other sessions they wish to attend

What if I need to cancel my registration?

To cancel your registration, please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your original confirmation email.

What is the refund policy?

All cancellations must be received via email at EERPPACE@tylertech.com at least two weeks before the scheduled event; only cancellations received at least two weeks before the scheduled event will be eligible for a refund.

Will the sessions be recorded?

PACE Community Event demonstrations will not be recorded. For additional support, please contact your organization's PACE Account Manager to schedule time with a subject matter expert.

How do I access the documentation shown during the demonstration?

All documentation shown or used by the Implementation Consultant can be found using Tyler Search.

What if I have a question to ask the presenter?

During each demonstration, participants will be muted to minimize distractions. However, questions are encouraged and can be submitted at any time via the Q&A forum. These will be addressed throughout the session. In the final minutes, participants will have the opportunity to unmute and ask verbal questions. For any additional inquiries, please reach out to your organization's PACE Account Manager to arrange a session with a subject matter expert

What topics will be included?

Each PACE Community event features four tracks, each consisting of four 75-minute topics, including:

  • Financial Track
  • HRM Track
  • UB/Revenue Track
  • Rotating Track
How can participants earn CPE credits?

Participants will be awarded CPE credits upon successful completion of qualifying sessions. To qualify for CPE credit, attendees must be logged in for at least 50 minutes and participate in at least three engagement activities (e.g.; real-time polling, Q&A). Credits will be awarded based on attendance and active involvement in the session.

An Office 365 account is recommended to ensure an email address is associated with each attendee. Certificates will be emailed to applicable attendees within 60 days after the session. If you do not have and are not able to create an Office 365 account, after you’ve attended your session(s), please reach out to EERPPACE@tylertech.com to request receipt of your certificate
