Who, When & Where

When and where is the conference?

Tyler Connect 2024 will take place May 19-22, 2024 (Sunday-Wednesday), in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Indiana Convention Center. Classes will be held Monday through Wednesday of the conference. Prior to classes beginning, registration and the Solutions Hub will begin on Sunday, as well as pre-conference workshops.


Our class catalog will be available as soon as registration opens on Dec. 7, 2023. Visit our sessions page to see more information about the more than 650 classes being offered.

Who should attend?

The conference is intended for Tyler Technologies' clients — check out the sessions page to review the Tyler products featured at Connect. Conference attendance is an investment your organization makes to maximize the use of purchased products for increased efficiency, insights, and problem-solving. Registration & Cancellation

What are the registration rates?

Note: Registration rates have changed from last year.

Early-Bird Registration (ending March 22, 2024): $1,199

Standard Registration (starting March 23 – May 21, 2024): $1,449

Daily Registration: 

Sunday 5.19.24: Workshop Fee: $200

Monday 5.20.24: $599

Tuesday 5.21.24: $649 (includes the evening client event)

Wednesday 5.22.24: $449 (half-day)

Daily registration includes access to all product sessions, featured speakers, and Solutions Hub. Monday will also include the happy hour event.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be received via email at tyler.events@tylertech.com. Instead of cancelling, we recommend transferring registrations to other organization members. Registration transfers can be made up until May 17, 2024, and a $100 transfer fee will be incurred. Substitutions for a registered attendee may be made by another employee from your organization by notifying Tyler at tyler.events@tylertech.com.

Client cancellation fee: $500 until April 19, 2024
Client cancellation fee: $250 for daily rate until April 19, 2024

Client transfer fee: $100

There will be no refunds to cancellations received on or after April 20, 2024. 

Can I transfer my registration to another client?

Yes, there is a $100 fee associated with client transfers and can be made up until May 17, 2024. Substitutions for a registered attendee may be made by another employee from your organization by notifying Tyler at tyler.events@tylertech.com.

How can I pay for the conference?

You can pay with a credit card (AMEX, Visa, or MasterCard), check, or purchase order. Credit card payments are suggested as they are the fastest and require less processing. Payment type can be selected during the registration process. If you select purchase order, we will invoice you.

Before Connect

When should I sign up for classes?

You can sign up right now upon your completed registration. Visit our sessions page or class catalog to see the more than 650 classes being offered. Please be sure to sign up for classes and create your unique schedule as soon as you are able since some classes may have capacity limits.

Note: Connect 2024 is a private conference for Tyler clients only.

How do I book my hotel?

Once you are registered, you will have the ability to book your hotel at a discounted rate. The deadline to secure your room is Friday, April 26, 2024. Please visit our travel page for details and further instructions.

What meals are included in conference registration?

Sunday: No meals or snacks

Monday: Lunch

Tuesday: Lunch and light snacks and refreshments at the client appreciation event

Wednesday: Snacks only 

Will I receive continuing education credits?

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes! Connect attendees will have opportunities to network at special events and at our extended break times, which are now 30 minutes. 

Will commemorative T-shirts be available?

Yes, our commemorative Connect 2024 T-shirts will be available for purchase during the registration process. Your registration confirmation email will include a link to our vendor site where you can pre-order your T-shirt. We will have a limited supply available for on-site purchase at the Tyler Store (located in the Solutions Hub). Pre-ordering guarantees availability in your size and preferred color; these can be picked up on-site at the Tyler Store.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is business casual, jeans are perfectly acceptable. The temperature will vary throughout the convention center, and you will have plenty of opportunity to walk outside, so we recommend wearing layers and comfortable shoes.

Can a guest come to the Client Appreciation Event?

Can a guest come to the Client Appreciation Event? 

Yes, a Tuesday Evening Event guest pass is available for purchase for $100. 

The Tuesday Evening Event guest pass can be purchased on the package order page while registering.

If you have already registered, log in to your Attendee Portal and scroll down to the box titled “Need to pay for registration, access your invoice, or buy additional registrations or guest passes?” and click on the “Account Page” button. You will then click the “Add Package” button to see the Tuesday Evening Event guest pass. 

A guest pass can be purchased at the time of registration, after registration is complete, or at the event. All guests must be over the age of 21 to attend.

There will not be a virtual component to the Connect 2024 conference.
