Our Transitional Services Team is here to help you set obtainable goals and develops a detailed plan for successful navigation of the many Eden “firsts” your office will encounter.

From early in the transition process, we’ll work alongside you to better understand the scope of your needs related to products, applications and project planning—as well as deliver all the support services, information and resources you need.

Transitional Services are ideal for:

• New Eden clients who have recently completed the implementation process on at least one module.
• Existing clients who have purchased a new Eden module or product.
• Eden Clients who present unique challenges during the transitional process, or during their relationship with Tyler Technologies.

The Team also addresses any challenges that may arise during the process, ensuring successful and productive use of the Tyler suite of products. If any challenges or questions arise, we’re just a phone call away.
