To obtain a copy of the Tyler Technologies SOC Reports, please complete the following steps:

1. Download a copy of the Tyler Technologies Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Prospective Clients
2. Have a person authorized by your organization to sign legal agreements on the organization’s behalf complete and sign the bottom-right section of the NDA. The “Recipient” line in the signature section is for the name of your organization as the agreement is between Tyler and that organization, not with an individual.
3. Send the signed and completed NDA to NDAVerification@tylertech.com. Please include the Tyler product(s) that your organization is considering purchasing to ensure that the properly scoped reports are provided.
4. Once it has been verified that the NDA has been correctly completed and signed, an email with a link to download the SOC Reports will be sent by our Security Team to the email address of the person requesting the reports, unless an alternate recipient and their email address are provided.
5. Click the Download link in the email which will bring you to the login page for Tyler's Secure File Transfer Utility.
   • If you created an account previously, log in using your existing credentials.
   • If you don’t already have credentials, you can simply enter your email address (which needs to be the same email address that the email with the link was sent to) and then follow the prompts for creating an account.
   • Once logged in, click the Download button which will prompt you to save the ZIP package containing the reports to a destination of your choosing.
   • Once the download is complete, unzip the package to open the PDF report files.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to organizations that are a party to a current agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. (“Tyler”) that have requested to download Tyler’s System & Organization Control (SOC) Reports (“SOC Reports”) through this portal.

If you are a person using or accessing the SOC Reports on behalf of an organization that has an agreement with Tyler, you acknowledge that Tyler’s SOC Reports constitute “Confidential Information” as that term is defined in your organization’s agreement with Tyler. In the unlikely event your agreement does not contain a confidentiality provision, you acknowledge the SOC Reports contain confidential, proprietary information. You agree not to disclose or reproduce, or authorize any third party to disclose or reproduce, any portion of the SOC Reports. You may disclose the SOC Reports in their entirety to an auditor or regulator who have a need to know; provided, however, that such auditor or regulator are bound by a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Unless expressly permitted by these terms of use or under your organization’s agreement with Tyler, Tyler does not authorize you to disclose the SOC Reports to any person or entity outside of your organization without Tyler’s prior written consent. Tyler does not consent to disclosure in the event of any public records requests.
