Sourcewell is a member-focused public cooperative of more than 50,000 member agencies throughout the United States. They are a municipal contracting agency operating as a public entity under legislative authority through Minnesota Statute 123A.21. Tyler has been awarded Contract 090320-TTI for Public Administration software. A Sourcewell membership is free. Recommended for use as a federal procurement vehicle.

GSA MAS (General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule)

Recommended for use as a state and federal procurement vehicle.

The Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides long-term government wide contracts which offer federal, state, and local government buyers access to commercial products, services, and solutions at pre-negotiated pricing. The GSA Schedule and subcategory Special Item Numbers (SINs) are organized to support product and service categories under the category management approach of smarter buying. NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials)

Recommended for use as a state procurement vehicle.

Tyler Technologies holds a master agreement for the Citizen Engagement Platforms portfolio with NASPO (National Association of State Procurement Officials). The first term of the agreement expires Sept. 14, 2026, and Tyler is allowed two, one-year renewals.
