Your Background: I've been with the Enterprise Permitting & Licensing [powered by EnerGov™] support team since around 2013. I’ve built up the skills and knowledge necessary for my current role through years of learning. I've also been fortunate to have a manager who is invested in my development and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Best Thing About Working at Tyler: Hands down, my favorite thing about my job is my team. They are some of the funniest, smartest, hardest-working people I've met, and our team dynamic is great. It takes a special kind of person to be successful in Support, and they have the perfect blend of levity and stick-to-itiveness.

Advice for a New Employee: To be successful in my area, you need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a capacity for logical thinking and problem solving. Keeping a positive attitude and knowing there is always an opportunity to put something to rights is indispensable.
