This course aims to introduce users to the Enterprise Custom Report (ECR) creation process. The outline the process for creating ECRs, basic report generation techniques and troubleshooting for those reports. This course is designed as an introduction to the ECR building process. Our presenters will demonstrate these methods for clients and answer questions associated with the creation of ECRs. Participants do not have to be current ECR experts to participate in this course.
Note: Enterprise Custom Reports is a licensed feature in Enterprise Justice. Participation in this course does not translate to licensure for Enterprise Custom Reports in your Enterprise Justice environments
Note: Class size is limited to 30 attendees. It would be most beneficial to participants to have access to dual monitors during the course for simultaneous display of the instructor's screen and their own Enterprise Justice program.
