Session Descriptions:

Moving Forward with Enterprise ERP: Join us in our opening session for important updates regarding the future of Enterprise ERP and Tyler Technologies, as well as a review of various Enterprise ERP functions reflecting the modules represented in today’s breakout sessions.

New Employee’s – Are you prepared for Turnover?: Would you like guidance on how to onboard your new Employees? Are you fearful of your EERP superusers retiring or leaving? In this tech adjacent topic, we discuss many tools that you can use or consider using when dealing with the constant turnover we experience. Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Clear to Start Lists, discussions around work culture, free online tools, Learning Management Software, steps to learning our EERP software effectively are all discussed.

Payroll Tips and Tricks for Efficient Payroll Processing: When it comes to Enterprise ERP, there is always more to learn! This session focuses on highlighting less known or underutilized functionality that drives significant value for you as a user of Enterprise ERP Payroll. Examples include Global functions within Payroll Earnings and Deductions, proof options beyond the basic Error or Detail/Final proofs, inquiry programs such as Payroll Audit Inquiry and Global Audit Inquiry, and more.

Overview of the SaaS Migration Process: A member of the EERP SaaS Migrations team will be guest speaking to the importance and key factors of moving to a SaaS-hosted environment.

A Deeper Dive into Purchasing: Join us for an exciting session on purchasing gotchas and need-to-knows with one of our Purchasing Specialists. Topics include handling Freedom of Information Act requests, Purchase Order reconciliation, and more. Ideal for intermediate to advanced users of the Purchasing module.

Tax Bill Run – Tips, Tricks and Reporting: This session will demonstrate the full tax billing process and highlight important settings and functions to increase efficiency and accuracy of processing.

Master Your Roles and Permissions: Step into the world of role management with confidence. Learn how to label and build effective roles, insider tips for managing them like a pro, and how to transition from user-focused to role-focused permissions.

System Administration Roundtable: Open discussion on System Admin topics. While not intended for troubleshooting specific issues, this is a great chance to share approaches to reporting challenges or process improvements. Come prepared with one or two discussion points.

Human Resources Roundtable: Open discussion on Payroll and Human Resources topics. Ideal for sharing strategies on reporting needs and process workflows. Bring one or two topics for discussion.

Tax/Accounts Receivable/Financials Roundtable: Open discussion on Tax, Accounts Receivable, and Financials. Share approaches to reporting and process challenges. Prepare one or two questions in advance.

Unlocking the True Potential of HUB Reporting: Explore how to utilize Hub’s reporting features to enhance productivity. Review data-manipulation methods and learn to customize Hub cards and pages.
