PACE Community-Based Training Sessions are designed to help PACE clients deepen their understanding of system features, functionality, and best practices through demonstration-based learning.

In this session, participants will explore the critical components of Journal Imports, focusing on custom creation of templates and importing General Journal Entries. The session will cover how create a custom template, key components for your template, and importing the journals.

This session will be an overview of the purchasing card processing in Enterprise ERP focusing on how to enter card information, import statements, permissions, settings, and workflow related to Purchase Cards. Participants will learn the overall process from entering the card information to creating an invoice that will track the purchase information per card transaction in Enterprise ERP.

This comprehensive beginner-level session provides an overview of Salary and Benefit Projections that will jumpstart your organization's budget forecasting capabilities - perfect for those beginning from scratch. Think of projections as your financial crystal ball that lets you test "what if" scenarios without touching your live payroll data. Instead of manually calculating salary increases or guessing at budget impacts, projections handle everything systematically, allowing you to model different scenarios and see exactly how changes will affect your budget before you commit. Through hands-on demonstrations, participants will learn to create basic projections, apply salary changes, and generate reports for budget planning. This is powerful functionality, and it's perfectly okay not to master everything in one hour - we'll provide plenty of support and follow-up resources.

FIN Session 3: Centrals Basics (Basic): 1:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This introductory course provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the core functionalities within Centrals programs. Attendees will develop proficiency in navigating the user interface, customizing settings, conducting targeted searches, and viewing or exporting data. The course is designed to enhance both confidence and competence in effectively utilizing various Centrals applications. Additionally, the curriculum includes an examination of the standard financial reports available within the Enterprise ERP system.

HRM Session 3: Frequently Wondering How to Change Pay Frequency? (Intermediate): 1:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This session will be an overview of what would be required to change your Pay Frequency. Maybe your organization has had conversations about moving from paying employees on a weekly basis to a bi-weekly basis. No matter the pay frequency, this session will review the areas that would need to be adjusted to support this type of transition.

System Admin Session 3: Content Manager Web Application (Basic): 1:45 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This session will cover the new TCM Web Applications including how to set up the web applications so that they are visible on the Tyler menu and how they function. We will be looking specifically at the Content Manager New Viewer when attaching documents, the Document Search Web Application to search documents that have been attached in TCM, as well as Content Capture another great new way to get batches of documents into TCM.

This intermediate-level session will help you get your organization's 834 practice up and running - great for teams who are just getting started. Think of the 834 as your automated messenger between your HR system and insurance companies. Instead of manually calling or emailing benefit changes, the 834 handles everything electronically, saving you time and eliminating errors. Through a demonstration, participants will learn to configure and manage standard export files for employee enrollment data, covering from initial setup to advanced customization features. This is complex material, and it's perfectly okay not to understand everything the first time - we'll provide plenty of support and follow-up resources.

  • Understand the core functionality of 834 files and how they streamline benefits administration.
  • Learn the differences between Generate Changes and Generate All options, plus file standards compliance.
  • Master prerequisite configurations including employee deductions, enrollment settings, and crosswalk codes.

CPE Credit Information

CPE Information

Attendees can earn 1 CPE credit for each eligible session, for a total of 4 CPE credits for the entire PACE Community Training. To qualify for CPE credit, attendees must be logged in for at least 50 minutes and participate in at least three engagement activities (e.g.; real-time polling, Q&A). Credits will be awarded based on attendance and active involvement in the session. CPE certificates will be distributed within 60 days of the session completion.

NASBA Registry Statement
