Session Descriptions:

Moving Forward with Enterprise ERP: Join us in our opening session for important updates regarding the future of Enterprise ERP and Tyler Technologies, as well as review of various Enterprise ERP functions reflecting the modules.

New Financial Employee Onboarding: Would you like guidance on how to onboard your new Financial Employee? We will cover a variety of processes to get new employees to be a productive member of your finance tools, and a tips for creating a sustainable and easily replicable training program.

Let’s Explore Electronic Employee Onboarding via Content Manager: This session will focus on the Content Manager (CM)- Enterprise edition which offers an electronic method to onboard new employees. We will provide you a digitally based process and packets of onboarding forms to new hires as part of an Enterprise ERP personnel action.

Utility Billing for Enterprise ERP Tips and Tricks and New Features: This session will review some of the features and functionality you may not be aware of in Enterprise ERP Utility Billing, highlighting areas to make your processing more efficient and flexible. We will also review some of the upcoming newer features as well.

Workforce Mobile: Tyler’s Workforce Mobile app provides on-the-go tools to keep your teams connected and efficient. Workforce Mobile optimizes workdays, for employees in the field fixing a pothole, issuing a part, clocking in or out, completing a work order, approving a task, or requesting time off. Join this session to get a better understanding of how this mobile platform can enhance your processes.

Taking Personnel Actions to the Next Level: With the new enhancements in Enterprise ERP, now you have more at your finger tips to dig up a notch and explore more features and functionalities for Personnel Actions? This session will highlight some of the advanced features and reporting capabilities that previously were locked down, then we will explore Action Entry Templates, Checklists and Task Lists that can be used to streamline your HR department. We will also review some of the approaches to make Actions Entry easier for your and your team. Additionally, we will review ESS-initiated Actions processes - both manager and employees.

What's New with Time and Attendance: Join our Time and Attendance expert in this session to learn about the newest functionality and the improved Time and Attendance, and how you can incorporate it into your organization's processes and procedures.

Financials Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others to various challenges encountered, to discover new approaches to perform day to day operations and to learn more about the products overall. We will facilitate an open discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or to offer solutions for others.

Human Resources Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Payroll and Human Resources topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others to various challenges encountered, to discover new approaches to perform day to day operations and to learn more about the products overall. We will facilitate an open discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or to offer solutions for others.

System Administration Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding all topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others to various challenges encountered, to discover new approaches to perform day to day operations and to learn more about the products overall. We will facilitate an open discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or to offer solutions for others.

Unlocking the True Potential of HUB Reporting: In this session, we'll go over how you can utilize the reporting features in the Hub product to enhance your productivity. We'll review various methods of manipulating your data in the Hub, as well as an overview of new Hub reports to be released soon.

Priority Based Budgeting: Those who work with Budgeting will want to join this session to learn about the Priority Based Budgeting software in Tyler's portfolio, which provides new functionality for Local and State government agencies. New to our product line, this session will be introductory so attendees can receive an overview of what Priority Based Budgeting looks like and offers for functionality, as well as some of the basic setup and procedures.
