Mr. Sansone became Tyler’s Vice President of Human Resources in February 2009. He served as Director of Human Resources from April 2005. Prior to this, he was Director of Human Resources for Munis, which he joined in 1994 and which Tyler acquired in 1999. Mr. Sansone has 30 years of experience in human resources management, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee development, training, policy development, and consulting. He held numerous Human Resource leadership roles before joining Tyler. Mr. Sansone earned his degree from Villanova University.
