Andrew was named president of Tyler’s Public Safety Division in June 2023. Prior to joining Tyler, he spent 11 years as chief customer officer and senior vice president of customer services at Dynatrace. He also served as the general manager and director of professional services and solution delivery operations for New World Systems, a company that was acquired by Tyler in 2015. Andrew brings decades of broad business leadership experience in the enterprise software, professional services, and customer success industry, and he has held senior leadership roles for software and technology companies in private and public sectors. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Purdue University.
