Kevin joined Tyler as chief information officer in October 2021. Prior to that, he served as chief information officer for the Idaho Judicial Branch, where he led the modernization effort for Idaho’s trial courts in all 44 counties and appellate courts. Over his career, Kevin has led technology transformations for both government organizations, including the Idaho Executive Branch and the U.S. Air Force, and Fortune 100 enterprises. Kevin previously served as adjunct professor at Boise State University, teaching graduate coursework in information technology and public policy. A proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Kevin served in active duty for six years and in the reserves for nearly 14 years, retiring as chief information officer/Squadron Commander (Lieutenant Colonel) in 2014. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Seattle Pacific University and a master’s degree in information security/interdisciplinary technology from Eastern Michigan University.
