Chris joined Tyler in January 2026 as president of Tyler’s Property & Recording Division. He has more than three decades of seasoned leadership experience across multiple technology and payment spaces. Most recently, he served as group president for NTT Data Services, where he led a global team focused on technology needs for federal agencies, state and local governments, education, non-profits, and commercial clients across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Previously at NTT Data Services, he served as division president and senior vice president for the state and local government and education practice. Chris has also served as a county CIO and an elected county official. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and political science and a master’s of public administration degree from Temple University.
