Ryan was named Chief Transactions Officer in May 2026. In this role, Ryan leads Tyler’s payments and broader transaction revenue growth and strategy. Ryan joined Tyler in 2025 as Senior Vice President of payment strategy and operations, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the payments, SaaS, and fintech industries. He has held senior leadership roles at EverCommerce, North, Elavon, and Paysafe, and previously served as co-founder and chief executive officer of Epic Processing. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business in California.
