Bryan has served as part of the Public Safety team since 2007, when he joined New World Systems, Inc. as corporate counsel and then later helped the company transition through their acquisition by Tyler in 2015. Since then, he has served first as senior vice president of the Public Safety Division and then as chief operating officer, overseeing all operations. Bryan was named president of the Public Safety Division in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University, a J.D. from Michigan State University, and an M.B.A. from Oakland University.
