Your Background: I originally joined New World Systems around 2010 (before Tyler acquired New World Systems) as an application specialist. Over the years, I expanded my knowledge and began specializing in other software programs. In 2014, I was asked to take over the implementation and training of the decision support software product, and now, I’ve worked my way into my current role as an implementation manager.
Best Thing About Working at Tyler: What I love the most about my job, by far, is the amazing opportunity I have each week to work with outstanding men and women in law enforcement, fire protection, and emergency medical services. I get to help these individuals find real and dramatic solutions for their data analyzing questions.
Advice for a New Employee: In my role, what helps me the most is to have time-management, critical-thinking, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Like most people, I have numerous projects happening at once, so being organized and managing my time wisely helps ensure everyone's needs are met.
