With a need for an internal toolset to create API documentation for vendors, we challenged her to create prototypes and proofs of concept to inform our decisions. Jiao responded quickly and presented her findings, so the team could determine next steps and set a direction. She also had the opportunity to work with one of her peers to improve the capabilities of the system they built during their internships.”
