“We were lucky to have Victor join us for a second year. On day one, he hit the ground running as though he never left! This year, we have a focus on KCS (Knowledge Centered Service). Victor worked on case quality analysis, created technical documentation for the Munis product security role-based access control, and created documentation for KCS articles and FAQs. Staff and clients are able to consume this information to self-serve and resolve support questions. Victor also compiled an exhaustive list of web self-service resources and podcasts, as well as preliminary design work for a web self-service site. Victor is bright, focused, and self-motivated. He was always eager to help, and the team appreciated having an additional resource for tasks as needed.”
