The Technical Challenge
We're looking for a Technical Services Support Specialist with strong C#/.NET expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you'll solve complex technical issues for our enterprise customers, diving deep into code, configurations, and integrations to ensure our software performs optimally in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact
  • As a Technical Services Support Specialist, you'll work directly with our customers' technical teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure successful implementations. You'll collaborate with our product development team to identify patterns and contribute to product improvements.

  • Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth and is adept at problem solving. They will work well within a team as well as individually. Our ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work across teams to develop solutions quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of C# language, features, and best practices
  • Understanding of .NET Framework application architecture and frameworks
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot MySQL / PostgreSQL performance issues and optimize queries
  • Experience integrating with and troubleshooting REST APIs.
  • Understanding of AWS Cloud Services configurations and deployment

  • Develop reproducible test cases
  • Collaborate with engineering on bug fixes
  • Create knowledge base articles to prevent recurring issues

  • Explain technical concepts to customers with varying expertise
  • Document solutions clearly for future reference
  • Coordinate with internal teams on escalations
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders
We Particularly Value
  • Experience supporting enterprise software products
  • Understanding of security compliance requirements
  • Previous work with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
