Tyler Technologies Transportation Solutions, provides school districts and transportation contractors with integrated transportation management solutions to increase the efficiency and productivity of their operations. The product suite provides many areas of transportation including routing, planning, activity trip management, fleet maintenance, bus driver training, risk management, GPS vehicle location, and products for information and dissemination, not only to district employees, but for the community. As a representative for Tyler’s Versatrans Solution, the Sales Associate is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Account Executive. The outcome of these tasks is to aggressively increase the Versatrans customer base through new business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads, and schedule Account Executive presentations through cold calling and relationship building
  • Follow-up on leads generated by Account Executive
  • Record and report daily activities
  • Meet monthly goals in accordance with business plan
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed
  • Work with Account Executive to manage opportunities throughout the sales process
  • Handle in-bound inquiries on all Versatrans products and services

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and sales database software
