Yarmouth, Maine


  • Answer incoming support calls on the Financials, Forms & Reporting, Payroll, Tax or (Utility Billing – UB is still TBD) teams
  • Ask our clients the right questions to enter the details in our CRM
  • Prioritize, analyze and manage multiple inquiries from a varied group of clients
  • Assist teammates with client communication and data collection
  • Advance product knowledge by reviewing documentation and collaborating with co-workers
  • Update client facing documentation
  • Advocate for the client and ensure the software meets their business requirements


  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team of professionals on technical and business issues
  • Business, Accounting or Economics knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and contemporary online applications
  • Customer service experience desired
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client focused environment


  • Part Time - 20 hours / week
