Clerk Edition Basics Workshop Virutal Learning Lab

Do you want to improve your knowledge of working in Clerk Edition? Are you interested in knowing more about how to navigate through Clerk Edition with ease, working cases, using palettes, and more? This virtual workshop is designed for newer Clerk Edition users, those who need to brush up on the basics, or anyone who needs to build confidence in working with Clerk Edition. The workshop will cover navigation, settings, applying macros and activities to cases, creating & modifying a palette, uploads, and basic troubleshooting. We will also discuss the flow of data between both Enterprise Justice and Clerk Edition.

To benefit from this workshop's hands-on nature, students should have access to their non-Production Enterprise Justice environment and its correlating Clerk Edition environment.

    • Understanding the flow of the cases list, working space and working set
    • Working modes
    • Applying activities and macros to a case
    • Uploading and verifying uploads

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 3 business days before your scheduled class. If you provide Tyler with less than 3 days’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire class fee. Session will be billed as per our Cancellation Policy.
