  • There is no cost to attend.
  • In the event of a canceled on-site meeting, a virtual one on the same day will be offered in its place.
  • Complimentary breakfast and lunch items will be available. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any food allergies for which we must accommodate.
  • Water will be available via refill station, we recommend bringing a water bottle to the meeting.
  • This live event will not be recorded or be available for virtual attendance.

Session Descriptions:

Tyler’s Commitment to Client Experience: Join us in our opening session introducing our 2026 state user group experience, and a showcasing of different Tyler programs that reiterates our commitment to supporting you.

Maximizing Efficiency with Financials: A demonstration of programs such as e-procurement, requisition field changes, recurring invoices, group entry, suspending invoices, replacement invoices, and invoice import are all discussed. Ideal Participants:

Engaged with Enterprise Asset Management: This session will provide an overview of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program. Headed by one of our EAM experts, this session combines discussion, program functionality, and demonstration to provide everyone with a chance to engage with the presenter. Whether you own EAM, are curious about it, or are looking to implement it this is a great session to attend. Ideal Participants:

Building Community – Let’s make the most of our resources: Let’s make the most of our community resources. We’ll refine our community board notifications, look at appropriate prompts to use in our search engines, and explore every part of the program so that you are always prepared when experiencing a challenge. Ideal Participants:

Empowering Clients with Cutting-Edge Analytics: Tyler offers through its Executive Insights program. An opportunity to discover modern dashboards, graphic representations, and different methods for data extraction, this is an excellent opportunity for any individual who is interested in data analytics. Payroll – Functionality and Efficiency: This session is designed for any individual who owns or is looking to own the payroll module. The session is focused on highlighting less well-known or underutilized functionality that drives significant value for you as a user of Enterprise ERP Payroll. Exact topics covered during the session differ by session, but some examples of what you can expect to hear about are Global functions within Payroll Earnings and Deductions, Proofs options beyond the basic Error or Detail/Final Proofs, inquiry programs including Payroll Audit Inquiry and Global Audit Inquiry, and more. Ideal Participants:

SaaS Platform Modernization – Improving your Client Experience: Join us to hear what Tyler is committed to for our Client Experiences; this session focuses on the benefits of modernization, what it means to your organization, and where modernization is at and its timelines. Topics such as VPN’s, Printer integrations, Product Integrations, and ease of access are all discussed in this new System Admin focused session. Ideal Participants:

System Administration Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding System Admin topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP. For the most fruitful discussion, come prepared with one or two topics you would like to learn more about or discuss!

General Billing – The ins and outs: Join this session to get an understanding of how the General Billing module can impact your operation and what benefits the module provides. Take a guided tour with our GB expert; explore the GB module, see where information flows, and how the information can be extracted. Ideal Participants:

  • Financial supervisors

  • Clients who do not own the module

Hub Dashboarding 101 – Let’s build our workspace: Join us in building your HUB. This session will give you the tools necessary to create a workspace that works for you. Looking at various tools, we explore options that improve your workflow and increase your efficiency. All attendees will be given post-session documentation providing step-by-step instructions on how to create dashboards covered during the session.

Financials Roundtable: This session is devoted to open discussion amongst attendees regarding Financials topics. While typically not ideal for troubleshooting ongoing issues, this is a great opportunity to inquire about approaches others take to various challenges with reporting needs or completing processes within Enterprise ERP.
