This four-day virtual course aims to deliver forms mastery for advanced users and allow them to earn a Tyler Technologies Forms Master Certification. This training will include instruction on each type of form available to users in the Enterprise Justice Case Manager, Attorney Manager and Jail Manager system. This includes, but is not limited to, Warrant Forms, Bond Forms, Case Forms, Hearing-Based Forms and Hearing Notice Forms.
The course will also include basic instruction in Microsoft Word formatting and best practices. Limited instruction with associated tables will be included. Some licensed features, such as Appeals, will be included in this master class. At the culmination of the course, participants will be asked to perform a teach-back and configuration of specific forms to earn the Master Certification.
Participants will be asked to work in their own Non-Production Enterprise Justice environments during the course. It would be most beneficial to participants to have access to dual monitors during the course for simultaneous display of the instructor's screen and their own Enterprise Justice program.
