Enterprise Justice Introduction to Case Manager Workshop Virutal Learning Lab

Are you a newer Case Manager user who needs a good foundation in the software? This hands-on workshop is an overview of Case Manager functionality, from navigation to dispositions. This two-day course aims to deliver an introductory course for new Case Manager users with the goal of orienting these less experienced users to the basic functions of the Enterprise Justice system. This training will include instruction on Enterprise Justice navigation, case creation, dispositions and more. Basic business processes will be used for instruction throughout this course.

Participants will need access to a non-production site (Ex: TEST, TRAIN) to fully participate in this workshop.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 3 business days before your scheduled class. If you provide Tyler with less than 3 days’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire class fee. Session will be billed as per our Cancellation Policy.
